By downloading, installing, or using Vantage Tradespace ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Vantage Tradespace is a weighted decision matrix and decision-support tool. The App allows you to enter competing options and weighted criteria, score each option against each criterion, and view a ranked result, radar comparison, and sensitivity analysis of that result.

You are responsible for any presentation or decision that relies on this App's output. The App is a tool to help you structure and document a trade study, not a replacement for the engineering judgment behind it.
Subject to these Terms, Zero Permission LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.
Setup and Scoring Matrix are free and unrestricted. The App offers a single optional in-app purchase — the Full Version Unlock ($14.99, one-time) — which unlocks Results, Sensitivity, PDF Export, Duplicate, and Checkpoint/Undo for your own studies.
This purchase is one-time, non-consumable, and processed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App. Your data is stored locally on your device, encrypted, and is never transmitted to Zero Permission LLC or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The App's ranked results depend entirely on the criteria, weights, and scores you provide. Incomplete, inconsistent, or poorly-considered inputs will produce results that don't reflect a sound trade study, even though the underlying math is exact. The App does not verify the accuracy or reasonableness of your inputs.
Zero Permission LLC may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Zero Permission LLC may discontinue the App at any time, though your locally stored data remains on your device regardless.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
