Subject to these Terms, Zero Permission LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

All purchases are one-time, non-consumable, and processed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The App's financial projections depend entirely on the data you provide. Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated input data will produce unreliable results. The App does not verify the accuracy of your input. Simulation results involve randomized variance and will differ between runs.
Zero Permission LLC may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Zero Permission LLC may discontinue the App at any time, though your locally stored data remains on your device regardless.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
